In the fall of 2018, Joe Fidanque and Miro Batista embarked on a typical bike ride through the winding roads of Panama City. Unbeknownst to them, the exhausting yet enlightening adventure would lead to an amazing journey, inspiring them to create Iterum Connections, a distinctive, more efficient and genuinely customer-centric Customer Experience Management company.

Since 2002, Joe and Miro have played a pivotal role in shaping the BPO and contact center industry in Panama, delivering CX solutions for Fortune 1,000 companies across the globe. Today, Iterum continues to be founded on the same purpose and vision envisioned by Joe and Miro during that transformational bike ride. More importantly, their leadership, experience, agility and passion for delivering great experiences continue to inspire tremendous success for their partners.
